eBay digital download auction rule change

To those who are currently auctioning in eBay that are digitally downloadable products - please go read the post in eBay’s announcement section:

The reason is that they wish to prevent people to get high feedback rating just because they offered ebooks that sold for pennies! There are people who sells rebrandable digital product, mostly ebooks, or PLRs. With these, the seller could rose to platinum seller status extremely fast due to eBay’s feedback system.

Now, these sellers would have to use the classified ad format - which according to eBay, would limit the number of feedback ratings a seller would get.

This would be a sit back for sellers who sold digital products. However, they can get around this rule! In the beginning days of eBay, there were people who made a killing selling information on CD! Just burn your digitally downloadable onto CDs and re-list in auctions. Of course, the bad side of this would be that you have to ship the items now since these would now be physical products.

Adsense rule change - check it out

As announced in adsense.blogspot.com, which is the the office Google’s Adsense blog, that you can no longer have adsense ad just below the title of your post.

Another no-no is that you can’t blend your clickable adsense links with those of the links in the post.

Welcome to the window to my world!

I have some bold plans for this blog and this site. I intend to share my experience and knowledge of the wonderful internet world that we all live in.

Knowledge is power! However, there is just too much information available out there in the vast internet. For the last two years, I have been in an information overload! I am sure most of you are in the same boat. Some, if you are lucky and took on a mentor, might have done something and improve your situation. But for most of us, we were just lost and have information over our heads! Mind you, there is quality information out there if you search hard enough and aren’t taken by all the hype.

In the near future, I will share some of some of the quality information with you; some are even free information!

So stay tuned and keep your head above the water! Let’s navigate this crazy and wonderful new world we called the Internet together.
